Your Worst Online Buying Experience?

I almost emailed the seller of this footstool to ask if it had been mailed yet? Then I saw where they left crappy replies to anyone who complained about the shipping time! Ahhh my fault for not looking at the feedback as closely as I should have. I'm usually very careful about it.

At any rate, when I went to ask the seller a question, I clicked on the "where is my item" dealie and it gave a tracking number which said it was FINALLY mailed out and en route. Jeeeez I hope it arrives in one piece, this seller is a doozy!

So what have been your biggest or most "memorable" online purchase disappointment(s)?

I have so many, I wouldn't know where to start!!
