These are so wonderfully fun! I love looking at old Halloween pictures and trying to figure out what they might have used to make their (often homemade) costumes and decorations in the days before Big Box stores and craft supply shops could be found on nearly every street corner.
Bringing my childhood 1950's, post-war, baby-boomer, mid-century atomic ranch style house back to her former glory.
I post antique, vintage, retro items, photos, links and topics daily (sometimes more!) for your viewing pleasure and mine. I am a professional artist and movie lover in addition to being the CEO and entrepreneur of my businesses, among many other things.

Hiya Jessica...
ReplyDeleteThe costumes were simple, but made with love.
I strive to find photos with decorations in them as well. I want to see what they did to decorate their homes for the different seasons.
I have more vintage Halloween photos to share tomorrow!
Nice post - antique pictures ..Keep Posting
